Ramsbury is a privately owned property company based in Stockholm, Sweden. The owner is Stefan Person, chairman and majority shareholder of international fashion retailer H&M. With a premium portfolio of retail properties in the best locations, Ramsbury focuses on prime retail business properties at the heart of capital cities like Paris, London, Copenhagen, and Stockholm.
To showcase their purchasing and development capabilities, especially in markets where they may be less known, Ramsbury needed an exquisite presentation. We created a portfolio book that captured the company’s understated identity and that of its owner.
Through thoughtful art direction, engaging copywriting, commissioned photography, and high-quality materials, we highlighted Ramsbury's unique position in the premium retail property market.
