Graphic Design for Fashion, published by Laurence King, is a visually-led book that explores a global selection of the best graphic design studios’ work within the fashion industry. In 240 pages the book showcases the creative processes of the world's leading design studios, including, among others, Aboud Creative for Paul Smith, Paul Boudens for Yohji Yamamoto, Acne Creative Departments for Acne Studios.
Ohlsonsmith were selected by the authors to participate in the book with the brand identity we created for van Deurs. We answered over 30 detailed questions about our collaboration with the client, our studio, process and philosophy. All this was assembled by the authors and presented together with a rich variety of visuals showing the identity, invitations, press kit, lookbooks, etc. we produced for the van Deurs brand.
It was very inspiring for us to see our van Deurs branding alongside all the other innovative graphic design solutions for fashion brands in the book.
