Bonnier Fastigheter are transforming their existing trading block in Häggvik to create a vibrant and contemporary ‘Handelplats’ with double the retail space.
We were tasked with developing a brochure and a landing page for the letting phase. Our approach was to create a brochure which had a reveal and a design element to help take the viewer through a journey of discovery while communicating the key selling points and differentiating the opportunity. The production methods were selected to reinforce the quality of the architectural design of the ‘Handelplats’ and Bonnier brand values.
Google Analytics tracking was utilised within the landing page to provide insights into how users engaged which could then be used on future projects.
